Job summary

Watco is seeking a Marine Port Operations Supervisor in Port Arthur, TX. The role supports Watco programs, policies, and standards to ensure safe, efficient, compliant terminal operations and customer-focused service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, is required.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and coordination with multiple teams to meet operational and financial targets while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent, dependable attendance and deliver an elevated level of performance.
• Lead and train team members in Watco Safety and Operating Principles.
• Oversee daily operations, prioritizing safety, environmental compliance, and financial stewardship.
• Represent the company in customer meetings to build and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with support services to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Complete and maintain all operational documentation and billing records.
