Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician to join the Port Huron team at McLaren Port Huron Hospital. You will provide inpatient care in a collaborative environment with a long-standing group of six physicians and one advanced practitioner, supported by a practice coordinator.

The schedule follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). New internal medicine graduates are encouraged to apply; visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows encouraged to apply.
• Visa sponsorship available with in-house visa specialists and licensing/credentialing experts.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex inpatient cases with ICU coverage provided by intensivists.
• Respond to all adult code blue and rapid-response events in the hospital.
• Collaborate with internal medicine residents and hospital teams.
