• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time.
• Strong focus on workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with handling, moving, loading, unloading, and staging aluminum and ingot materials.
• Move and organize materials throughout the work area as directed.
• Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding general labor duties.
• Work outdoors throughout the entire workday in varying weather conditions.
• Assist with keeping materials properly organized and work areas clear of debris.
• Work closely with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow instructions and established procedures for safely handling materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all jobsite and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other general labor and material handling duties as assigned.
