Trident Seafoods Corporation is seeking a Port Engineer to manage maintenance and repairs of fishing vessels operating in the Bering Sea, Washington, and Oregon. Summary:The primary function of the Port Engineer is to manage all maintenance and repairs of fishingvessels operating in the Bering Sea, Washington, and Oregon. Duties include budgetmanagement, reporting, logistics, operational preparedness, all communication with crewregarding vessel engineering, and assisting Engineering crew with trouble shooting of vesseloperations. Maintenance is to be performed outside active fishing seasons to alleviatebreakdowns and mechanical failure during the fishing seasons. All vessel repairs andmaintenance must follow strict adherence to US Coast Guard Regulations.
