AdventHealth in Port Charlotte, FL is hosting 2026 Nurse Residency Cohorts with monthly start dates. This full-time night-shift program supports new graduate RNs in transition to practice within a faith-based health system.

Qualifikationen

• Associates of Nursing from an accredited school required (CCNE or ACEN preferred).

• Must have less than one year of experience or be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years.
• Current Florida RN license (licensure before deadline) and BLS from the American Heart Association.

Full Time Shift Scheduled are Full Time: 7:00am-7:00pm/7:00pm-7:00am (Shift availability varies by unit and location)

New graduate RN full-time positions may be offered on the following units (availability fluctuates for each start date based on campus needs): Medical/Surgical Specialty PCUs Critical Care* Emergency Department* *Availability subject to change.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed
