Job summary

The Pasha Group in Long Beach, CA is seeking a licensed commercial driver to ensure safe, on-time transportation of customer freight. You will inspect vehicles, hook/unhook containers, and deliver to ports, customer sites, and service centers while upholding safety policies.

Position requires 2+ years of driver experience, a valid Class A CDL with hazmat/tankers/triples endorsements, a Medical Examiner’s Certificate, and TWIC. Strong logging and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with hazmat, tankers and triples endorsements.
• Must hold a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• TWIC card required for port access.
• Experience as a commercial driver with safety-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and on time to customers.
• Inspect truck before/after trips and file DVIR.
• Hook/unhook containers using safety best practices.
• Pickup/deliver at Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach and other locations.
• Maintain HOS logs per 49 CFR Part 395 and street sheet records.
• Obtain customer signatures and maintain dispatcher communication.
