Job summary

indiGO Auto Group in Mill Valley, CA, is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our Porsche Marin team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain luxury vehicles in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Daily duties include receiving jobs, diagnosing systems, reviewing history and bulletins, and coordinating parts. Candidates should have 1–2 years of service experience, with Porsche familiarity preferred, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Service Technician experience required.
• Porsche Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair or service orders from dispatcher and initiate diagnosis.
• Perform diagnostics and report required work for authorization.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins relevant to the model.
• Document proposed and completed work in the system.
• Order parts and ensure proper tool and parts usage.
• Test drive when needed and return vehicle to the customer in proper condition.
