Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Service Technician for our Porsche San Francisco team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, luxury brand environment with strong emphasis on customer care and shop efficiency.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of service experience, ideally with Porsche, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Completion of technical training or an approved apprenticeship is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
• Porsche Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and diligent with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair or service assignments from dispatcher or advisor and diagnose.
• Report required/authorized work and obtain authorization before proceeding.
• Review vehicle history and applicable factory bulletins.
• Document proposed work in notes or technician terminal.
• Order parts after authorization and track part status.
• Perform authorized repairs and document completion.
• Run test drives if needed and restore vehicle to condition.
• Maintain shop tools and follow safety guidelines.
