Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Porsche/European luxury experience preferred.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivetrain concerns.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance per Porsche and dealership standards.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve concerns.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document work performed.
• Follow warranty guidelines and repair procedures.
• Communicate with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify maintenance opportunities.
• Submit inspection videos, photos, and documentation for customer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in Porsche training and dealership development programs.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs.
