Job summary

indiGO Auto Group's Porsche St. Louis dealership is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Service Drive Greeter. This role is offered as full-time or part-time, working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment to welcome guests and coordinate vehicle flow.

You will greet clients, relay concerns to the right associate, and help park and inspect arriving vehicles while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, engaging and inviting.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professionalism.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Automotive or luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate associate.
• Clearly communicates the client’s concerns and inquiries to the appropriate party.
• Park and move vehicles safely in the parking lot and place keys in the associated place.
• Inspect vehicles being received for damage and record vehicle-specific information as directed.
• Install floor mats, seat covers, shifter covers, and steering wheel covers on incoming vehicles.
• Assists with other related duties to support dealership operations.
