Job summary

Porsche of Melbourne in Florida is seeking a Parts Sales Associate to help customers find the right Porsche parts and accessories. Your deep Porsche parts knowledge and excellent service will drive customer satisfaction.

You will assist technicians and customers, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with the service department, and build lasting relationships with clients while staying current on Porsche product lines.

Qualifications

• Prior Parts Department experience required.
• Reynolds & Reynolds/Ignite DMS experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of Porsche parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in computer systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and certified trained technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct Porsche parts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
