What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our Porsche North Houston team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment, in a state-of-the-art facility.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Complete DMV Registration paperwork through Web Dealer, AIB or ATC out of State Transactions
  • Verify legal documents relating to transfer of vehicles Retail and Wholesale to the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).
  • Post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions
  • Enter all information necessary into the title administration computer system.
  • Ensure the Tax and Title Fees are properly completed and collected.
  • Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner.
  • Assist with Processing Retail and Wholesale deals in accounting as a floater in accounting.
  • Prefer Dealership Title Work and Accounting Experience.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience Title processing (Texas and Out-of-State title work) required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
