We have plenty of work and a highly productive service department, with ongoing Porsche training and a supportive team environment. A sign-on bonus may be available for qualified Porsche Bronze, Silver, or Gold Certified Technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic, electrical, engine repair, and drivability skills.
• ASE certifications preferred; advanced ASE credentials are a plus.
• Porsche experience required; Bronze certified technicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately in accordance with Porsche and dealership standards.
• Complete work specified on repair orders while maintaining high workmanship and documentation.
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and related components.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs, additional service recommendations, and estimated completion times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and contribute to an efficient team environment.
• Stay current on Porsche technology, repair procedures, service campaigns, and technical training.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive service technician experience.

• Strong diagnostic, electrical, engine repair, and drivability skills.

• ASE certifications preferred; advanced ASE credentials are a plus.

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and learn new repair technologies, procedures, and specifications.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
