Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately in accordance with Porsche and dealership standards.
Complete work specified on repair orders while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and documentation.
Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and related components.
Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and procedures.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding required repairs, additional service recommendations, and estimated completion times.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and contribute to an efficient team environment.
Stay current on Porsche technology, repair procedures, service campaigns, and technical training.
Porsche Gold or Silver Certification strongly preferred.
Porsche experience is required; Porsche Bronze Certified Technicians are encouraged to apply.
Audi or Volkswagen dealership technician experience may be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive service technician experience.
Strong diagnostic, electrical, engine repair, and drivability skills.
ASE certifications preferred; advanced ASE credentials are a plus.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and learn new repair technologies, procedures, and specifications.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
