Responsibilities

• 製造設備の日常保守・信頼性向上活動を支援する。
• 機械系・電気系のトラブルシューティングに協力する。
• 根本原因分析と是正処置の検討に参加する。
• 予防保全手順・スケジュールの改善を支援する。
• 設備性能データをレビューし改善点を特定する。
• スペアパーツの評価・在庫最適化・設備重要度の見直しに協力する。
• 投資案件・設備更新・保全関連の変更を支援する。
• 設備点検・状態監視活動に参加する。
• 作業指示・エンジニアリング文書を正確に管理する。
• 継続的改善プロジェクトを特定・実施するため保全担当と連携する。

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance and reliability activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation equipment issues.
• Participate in root cause failure analyses and corrective action development.
• Help develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and schedules.
• Review equipment performance data and identify reliability improvement.
• Assist with spare parts evaluation, inventory optimization, and equipment criticality reviews.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance-related modifications.
• Participate in equipment inspections and condition monitoring activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and engineering documentation
• Work closely with maintenance opportunities technicians to identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0 to 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, co-op, or internship experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.).
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance concepts.
• Experience with data analysis and reliability improvement methods.
• Understanding of safety and risk assessment practices.
