Job summary

Qnity Electronics, Inc. の Marlborough 現場で、メンテナンス技術者として生産設備の維持管理を担当します。機械設備のトラブルシューティング、予防保全、回転機器の据付・修理を実施します。

日常的なPC操作で資料参照・メール・保守手順へのアクセスを行い、安全作業の理解と遂行を重視します。資格として高卒以上、産業保守の実務経験4年以上が求められます。

交替制のデイシフトで、時間外勤務が生じる場合があります。工具・設備の教育を新人に行い、チームと協力して安全に作業できる能力が期待されます。

Qualifications

• 高卒以上、G.E.D.または同等の資格が必要です。
• 産業メンテナンスの実務経験4年以上が望ましいです。
• PPEの使用経験が必須です。
• 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）を有していること。

Responsibilities

• 日常の保全支援を生産設備の運用に提供します。
• 製造に影響する問題のトラブルシュートを行います。
• 必要に応じ夜間の呼出対応を行うことがあります。
• 安全に作業する責任を持ち、指示された作業を適切に実施します。
• 工具と設備の新人教育を担当します。
• 機械設備の修理・設置を行います。
• 保全の設計変更・予防保全の改善点を特定します。
• 生産オペレーターと連携して問題を把握・対応します。
• 関連分野の知識習得を継続して行う意欲を示します。

This position is for a Maintenance Technician to work in the Electronics & Industrial (E&I) Marlborough Maintenance group providing value through maintenance support throughout the site.

Candidate will provide troubleshooting and repair skills on mechanical equipment for the site. Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of rotating equipment – pumps, gear boxes, motors, etc. Lubricate, clean and repair machinery, equipment, and tools. General computer skills to access documents, email, and maintenance procedures.

Candidate will be expected to understand, perform, and identify safe behaviors. Ability to write clear and concise job tasks descriptions that detail the work being completed and how it will be done safely. Candidate will be able to understand task given to them, ask questions if additional clarification is needed, and identify the safest way to perform the work. At times, the candidate may be required to review other workers or contractor’s tasks and provide a safe work permit to allow work to proceed.

Rotating Day Shift: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Specific Skills

Successful candidate will be responsible for

• Support day to day operations with maintenance support on production equipment.
• Be able to troubleshoot issues that affect manufacturing.
• Be available for calls on off hours if problems arise.
• Willing to take responsibility for working safely themselves and any workers under their direction.
• Train new employees on use of tools and equipment.
• Display mechanical aptitude to fix and install manufacturing and facility type equipment.
• Identify areas of improvement including design changes and preventive maintenance improvements.
• Interact with production operators to understand issues and concerns and address appropriately.
• Ability to learn quickly and willing to expand knowledge and develop skills in related fields of the competency.

Minimum requirements:

• A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 4 years industrial maintenance experience
• Use of PPE – personal protective equipment
• General computer skills - familiar with Microsoft software tools.

Work Hours:

• Must be able to work all scheduled times of the week.
• The position offers overtime hours contingent on business demand.
