Job summary

A leading global food provider is seeking a Machine Operator GL3 Team Member in Mason, Ohio. The position offers $20 per hour and requires responsibilities such as making precise adjustments, monitoring production lines, and basic troubleshooting. Candidates must be able to perform all job functions safely adhering to food safety standards and should possess proficiency in General Production 2. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years’ production industry experience preferred.
• Ability to use both arms and hands to lift, load, cut and package product.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area for pre- and post-operational activities.
• Monitor production lines and identify issues.
• Inspect and remove defective products from the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills

Proficient in General Production 2

Ability to use knives, saws, and machinery

Understanding of company and safety rules

Basic understanding of production procedures

Education

High school diploma/GED preferred
