The Opportunity

Are you passionate about promoting workplace wellness and helping organizations build effective health strategies? As a Population Health & Wellbeing Advisor at M3, you'll collaborate with sales and service teams to understand client needs and develop impactful wellness programs. This role offers an exciting blend of strategic consulting, vendor management, and program development, making it ideal for wellness professionals looking to make a meaningful difference in employee health outcomes across diverse organizations.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Provide strategic wellness programming counsel and education to M3 employees and external clients, helping them align wellness initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the entire well-being RFP process for M3 franchise teams and their clients, from gathering information to vendor selection.
  • Develop and update campaign library materials including tracking mechanisms, educational deliverables, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct employee interest surveys, analyze results, and present strategic recommendations based on workforce feedback.
  • Assist clients in evaluating program success through Value of Investment (VOI) considerations and Worksite Wellness Scorecard reviews.
  • Build and expand community wellness alliances with organizations like Wellness Alliance (formerly WELCOA and NWI), and WCWI, and others for internal and external utilization.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Health Promotion, Wellness, Nutrition, Business, Communications or other related field) required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Certifications relevant to wellness and population health are highly desirable (CHES, ASCM, NWI-CWP, WELCOA Well Workplace University I and II).
  • Health and Life Insurance license preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex wellness strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-oriented approach to service.
