What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational support for various health management departments, including case management and quality assurance
- Conduct outbound member calls for welcome services and service recovery
- Collect and extract medical records and provider outreach for health assessments
- Interact with members and providers regarding authorizations, claims, and benefit inquiries
- Assist in mentoring new employees and supporting non-clinical projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to ask probing questions
- Capacity to organize work effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities under pressure
