Banner Staffing Services-AZ is seeking a Population Health Clinical Pharmacist to support value-based care initiatives across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations. You will lead clinical programs, manage pharmacy services, and supervise technicians to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes utilization management, care coordination, and collaboration with providers, with potential CO licensure in the future. Per diem scheduling requires flexibility and weekly staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Completion of an accredited PGY1 residency or 3 years in managed care/pharmacy.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacy license in applicable state within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy services for Insurance Division members across multiple plans.
• Identify high-need patients and optimize pharmacotherapy regimens.
• Lead clinical programs to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Conduct utilization reviews and prior authorization adjudication.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and health plan leadership.
