Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Population Health Operations Manager to provide operational leadership and project management for strategic initiatives across the Population Health department in Atlanta.

The role collaborates with Population Health leadership, supervisors, physician practices, health plans, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate value-based care priorities into effective workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Georgia in good standing.
• BSN or healthcare-related bachelor's degree.
• RN license Georgia with no limitations.
• Five (5) years of progressive healthcare experience in clinical, population health, value-based care, quality improvement, care management, or healthcare operations.
• Three (3) years of project, program, operational, or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and project management for strategic initiatives across Population Health.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives related to quality performance, process/workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
• Facilitate cross-functional task forces and workgroups, identify barriers, and support evaluation and prioritization of initiatives.
