Northside Hospital is seeking a Population Health Operations Manager to provide operational leadership and drive strategic initiatives across the Population Health department in Atlanta. You will collaborate with leadership, practices, plans, and stakeholders to translate value-based care priorities into efficient workflows and operational strategies.

Formación

RN licensure in Georgia in good standing.
BSN or healthcare-related bachelor's degree.
5+ years of progressive healthcare experience in clinical, population health, value-based care, quality improvement, care management, or operations.
3+ years of project, program, operational, or leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

Provide operational leadership and project management for strategic initiatives across Population Health.
Translate value-based care priorities into effective workflows and processes.
Lead and coordinate initiatives related to quality performance and care management.
Manage complex projects and facilitate cross-functional task forces/workgroups.
Identify operational barriers and evaluate initiatives based on clinical impact and feasibility.
