Job summary

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Population Health Data Analyst to lead strategic analytics for population health, value-based care, and cost analysis. You will build BI dashboards and reports, clean and merge data, and present findings to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in analytics or a related field and 3+ years in healthcare analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or a related field.
• Over three years of healthcare analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads reporting, analysis, and support for dashboards and projects in a timely manner.
• Collects, cleans, and prepares data from internal and external sources for reports, models, and analyses.
• Creates, maintains and troubleshoots data queries.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Promotes a positive, professional image of The Iowa Clinic.
