Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Senior Associate, Population Health (Stars) to support payer quality initiatives and CMS Stars measures. You will build analytical models, forecast performance, and communicate insights to senior leadership while partnering with clinical and operational teams.

The role requires a 2+ year background in healthcare analytics, strong data skills, and a bachelor’s degree. This full-time position offers remote or Chicago-based work options and a comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

Develop analytical models to predict and report Stars performance.
Forecast and analyze CMS Stars measures and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Population Health teams to align quality goals with CMS Stars program initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams (Clinical Ops, Product, Data, Managed Care) to operationalize insights.
Perform other duties as assigned.
