Crew Member- TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Description

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! Your role as a Crew Member is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; prepare and cook food; and package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual and be completed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner, focused on meeting customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting positivity. Greet each customer with a pleasant and enthusiastic smile.
• Strive for efficiency to meet accuracy and speed standards.
• Fill orders completely and accurately within the mandated service time.
• Handle customer payments accurately, including giving correct change.
• Deliver orders, thank customers, and invite them to return.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, including counting and security measures.
• Report any issues or problems to management promptly.
• Address customer complaints or problems immediately and notify managers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash areas, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
• Ensure drive-thru menu board is clean and accurate.

Note: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.
