Position Summary:

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, excellent customer service, effective staff management, and problem solving. A positive attitude and awareness of shift operations are essential. Lead by example to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payments.
