Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for Popeyes, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously, preparing and cooking food, and accurately packaging orders. All duties must follow the Operating Standards Manual, completed in a timely, clean, and organized manner to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, promote positivity, greet with enthusiasm, and strive for efficiency to meet speed and accuracy standards.
• Fill orders accurately within the mandated service time.
• Handle customer payments, give correct change, and deliver orders politely, thanking customers and inviting return visits.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, including counting at shift start/end, making cash drops, and maintaining security.
• Report any issues or customer complaints promptly to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, exterior trash receptacles, drive-thru menu board, dining area, service area, and restrooms.

Note: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.

Salary: $10 - $12 per hour.
