Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market. As a Crew Member, your role is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; prepare and cook food; and package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner, focusing on customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed with a positive atmosphere. Greet customers enthusiastically with a smile.
• Meet speed and accuracy standards for service.
• Fill orders completely and accurately within the service time.
• Handle customer payments, give correct change, and deliver orders with gratitude and invitation to return.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, count at shift start and end, and perform cash drops as needed.
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately.
• Address customer complaints promptly and notify managers as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu board, dining area, and restrooms.

Note: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.
