Crew Member- TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for Popeyes, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! Your role as a Crew Member is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; to prepare and cook food; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual. Tasks should be completed in a timely, clean, and organized manner, focusing on customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, promoting positivity. Greet customers with a sincere smile.
• Strive for efficiency to meet speed and accuracy standards.
• Fill orders accurately within the mandated service time.
• Handle customer payments, give correct change.
• Deliver orders, thank customers, invite return visits.
• Manage cash drawer, count at start and end of shift, ensure accuracy.
• Practice security in cash handling, perform cash drops, maintain mandated cash levels.
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately.
• Address customer complaints promptly, notify managers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, exterior areas, trash receptacles, and drive-thru menu board.
• Keep dining lobby, service area, and restrooms sanitized.

Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.
