Job Description:

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; to prepare and cook food; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting positivity. Greet customers with a sincere smile. Strive for efficiency to meet accuracy and speed standards. Complete orders within mandated service times. Collect payments accurately, give correct change, and thank customers, inviting them to return. Verify and manage cash drawer, maintain security, and report issues promptly. Address customer complaints or problems immediately. Keep parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu, and sanitation areas clean and inviting.
2. Training: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
