Join us at TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, hiring immediately in the Alabama market! We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. Your role involves serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must adhere to the standards outlined in our Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and organized manner to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Greet customers warmly, promote positivity, and strive for speed and accuracy in service. Handle payments accurately, deliver orders with gratitude, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining and surrounding areas. Ensure the drive-thru menu is clean and accurate.
2. Cash Handling: Manage cash responsibly, perform frequent cash drops, and maintain appropriate cash levels. Report any issues to management promptly.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
4. Sanitation and Maintenance: Keep the dining area, restrooms, and exterior areas clean and inviting.

Prior restaurant experience is not required; we will train the right candidate. Salary ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour. This is an entry-level, full-time position in the food and beverage retail industry, with opportunities for growth in management and manufacturing roles.
