Join us at TICE as a Restaurant Team Member at Popeyes in Huntsville-Gurley. We are hiring immediately for the Alabama market!

Position Overview

As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must follow the standards outlined in our Operating Standards Manual, ensuring tasks are completed promptly, cleanly, and orderly to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, promote positivity, and strive for quick, accurate service within designated timeframes.
• Order Processing: Fill orders accurately, handle customer payments, and give correct change.
• Order Delivery: Deliver orders with gratitude and encourage repeat visits.
• Cash Handling: Manage cash responsibly, conduct frequent cash drops, and maintain appropriate cash levels.
• Communication: Report any issues or customer complaints to management promptly.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the parking lot, exterior areas, drive-thru menu, dining area, and restrooms clean and inviting.

No prior restaurant experience is required; we will train the right candidate. Salary ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
