Popeyes Huntsville-Gurley Crew Member (Cashier / Cook / Prep / Pack) | Now Hiring

Join TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, in the Alabama market! We are hiring immediately for the role of Crew Member. Your responsibilities include serving guests courteously and efficiently, preparing and cooking food, and packaging orders accurately. All duties must follow the Operating Standards Manual and be performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by greeting customers warmly and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure quick and accurate order fulfillment within service standards.
• Handle customer payments accurately, including giving change.
• Deliver orders to customers, thanking them and inviting future visits.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, including counting and security measures.
• Report any issues or equipment problems to management promptly.
• Address customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the drive-thru menu board is clean and updated.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
