Job summary

Five Guys seeks a General Manager at the South Park Mall location in Charlotte, NC to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

You will oversee guest services, staff training, scheduling, safety, and inventory, while maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality. Must have at least 3 years as a GM and restaurant experience; availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years minimum as a General Manager.
• Must have restaurant experience.

• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 15 pounds of force frequently,
• Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds

• Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
• Frequently stoop and pick up supplies and trash
• Consistently y push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
• Consistently stand during serving customers and training

• Consistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
• Must have 3 years minimum as a General Manager
• Must have restaurant experience.

Compensation:

up to $35/hour+ current bonus opportunities in excess of $15k
