Job Description

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role is to serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently; to prepare and cook food products; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner, focusing on customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services: Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting positivity. Greet customers with a pleasant, enthusiastic, and sincere smile. Strive for efficiency to meet accuracy and speed standards. Fill orders completely and accurately within service time. Collect customer payments, handle cash accurately, and give correct change. Deliver orders to customers, thank them, and invite them to return. Verify and manage cash drawer, count down at shift end, and follow security procedures. Address customer complaints promptly and notify management of issues. Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash, drive-thru menu, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
2. Training: Prior restaurant experience is not required; training will be provided.
