Crew Member - TICE Chicken Holdings

Job Objective: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market! As a Crew Member, your role is to serve each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently; to prepare and cook food products; and to package orders accurately and rapidly. All duties must adhere to the specifications and procedures outlined in the Operating Standards Manual. Tasks should be completed in a timely, clean, and organized manner with a focus on meeting customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

1. Guest Services

Ensure every guest feels welcomed by promoting a positive atmosphere. Greet each customer with a pleasant, enthusiastic, and sincere smile.

Strive for maximum efficiency to meet standards for accuracy and speed of service.

Fill orders completely and accurately within the mandated service time.

Handle customer payments for food orders, including receiving money and accurately giving change.

Deliver orders to customers, thank them, and invite them to return.

Verify the cash drawer at the start of your shift. Be responsible for all cash issued and received during your shift. Count down the drawer at the end of your shift to ensure accuracy.

Practice proper cash handling security measures, including making frequent cash drops and maintaining mandated cash levels in the register.

Immediately notify the Assistant Manager or General Manager of any issues such as deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems.

Address any customer service problems or complaints promptly and notify management as needed.

Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot, surrounding areas, and ensure trash receptacles are emptied and clean.

Keep the Drive-Thru menu board clean and updated with correct information.

Ensure sanitation of the customer dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.

Additional Information

Prior restaurant experience is not required; we will train the right candidate.
