Job Description

Objective: Serve guests courteously, prepare and cook food, and package orders accurately and efficiently, following the Operating Standards Manual. Tasks should be completed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Guest Service: Greet guests with enthusiasm, promote positivity, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Meet speed and accuracy standards for service.
• Fill orders accurately within service time limits.
• Handle customer payments, give correct change.
• Deliver orders, thank customers, and invite return visits.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly, count at start and end of shift, and make cash drops as needed.
• Report any issues or problems to management promptly.
• Address customer complaints or problems immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness in parking lot, exterior trash areas, dining lobby, service area, and restrooms.
• Keep Drive-Thru menu board clean and updated.

No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
