Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in our quick service restaurant by delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to ensure travelers leave better than they arrived!

Responsibilities include:

• Working in a fun, trusting environment focused on excellent customer service
• Serving customers courteously, quickly, and with enthusiasm
• Providing quality food and maintaining a clean restaurant environment
• Processing transactions on a point-of-sale (POS) register
• Prioritizing work based on guest needs
• Maintaining equipment according to standards
• Following safety procedures when handling food
• Building communication and rapport with team members and leaders
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
• Previous food service experience is a plus
• Good verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range
