Job Summary
TravelCenters of America provides a convenient, one-stop shopping experience with a variety of dining options to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you are vital to our quick service restaurant’s success, responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to ensure each traveler leaves better than they arrived!

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on excellent customer service
  • Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and with a positive attitude
  • Provide quality food and maintain a clean restaurant environment
  • Process transactions accurately on a POS register
  • Prioritize tasks based on guest needs in the kitchen and dining area
  • Maintain equipment according to standards
  • Follow safety procedures when handling food
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and co-workers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Pay Range
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
