Lee’s Marketplace is a family-owned grocer in Utah seeking a Popcorn and Sweets Production Clerk to support a high-volume commissary kitchen that serves multiple locations and events. You will help with ingredient prep, production, portioning, packaging, and labeling of popcorn flavors, cotton candy, fudge, and more, ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires attention to recipes, adherence to procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or food production is beneficial.
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain quality, and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain bakery production equipment safely.
• Assist with production, preparation, and packaging of commissary items.
• Measure, mix, cook, and package per recipes to ensure quality.
• Maintain inventory, train staff, and support production schedules.
• Ensure labeling, dating, and allergen information are accurate.
