About the Role:

Signature Popcorn is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our growing popcorn business in Oldsmar! You’ll help make our delicious popcorn flavors, fulfill daily orders, and provide great service to our customers in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make popcorn flavors, including cheese, caramel, kettle, and chocolate-drizzled varieties
• Package popcorn bags and prep orders for Amazon, website, and wholesale
• Serve customers in our warehouse retail store
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails
• Keep production and workspaces clean and organized
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a food production setting
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
• Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
