POP-UP TEAM LEADER – ROERMOND (MAY–AUGUST) - 40 HOURS

Rooted in the belief that “life is too short to wear boring lingerie,” Love Stories’ designs fuse playful prints and outspoken colors with comfortable silhouettes and a fun, feminine aesthetic founded by Dutch interior stylist Marloes Hoedeman.

This summer, we’re opening a special pop-up boutique inRoermond Designer Outletand are looking for aTeam Leaderto take the lead on this exciting project. From the setup phase to daily operations, you’ll be at the heart of it all—ensuring that our temporary home runs well.

You are a natural leader, solution-driven and thrive on organizing and motivating a team. You know how to translate the Love Stories brand into a one-of-a-kind customer experience and are excited to guide a team in delivering that magic daily.

YOUR ROLE

• Set up and coordinate the opening of the pop-up location from scratch (layout, visuals, logistics)
• Lead, train and inspire the pop-up team
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, reporting and stock management
• Monitor and drive commercial results while staying aligned with Love Stories’ brand values
• Handle administrative and operational tasks with confidence and attention to detail
• Ensure VM guidelines and boutique standards are always up to par
• Be the ultimate local brand ambassador
  

WHO YOU ARE

• A strong and motivating team leader with at least 3 years of retail management experience
• Hands-on, organized and able to multitask under pressure
• A strategic thinker who is also not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Fluent in Dutch & English—other languages are a bonus
• Available from1 May to the end of August, including weekends and holidays
