Job description

Summary

The Nurse will work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary health care team to provide comprehensive care for our patients. The Nurse will focus on disease education and management, improving quality of patient care and patient outcomes, expanding access to care, and assisting with care coordination.

The Nurse will coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, work independently, and function as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility, personal integrity, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality are essential. Competency with electronic medical records and clinical applications is required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Preferred minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience
  • License: RN License
  • Certification: Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire
  • Specialty Certifications: Specific certifications depending on specialty (e.g., ACLS, ENPC, PALS, NRP, ONS, OCN, etc.) within specified timeframes
  • Age-specific Care: Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
  • Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Meditech, Epic, Performance Manager/NetLearning; ability to work independently; effective communication; flexibility; confidentiality; critical thinking; prioritization; adaptability
