Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Design Intern to support the development of point-of-purchase displays and related packaging visuals. You will assist in creating mockups, white samples, and instructions while organizing project materials and documentation.

You will learn under the Design team and gain exposure to integrated design, manufacturing, and assembly processes. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and applying brand standards.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited college/university program, pursuing related design fields.
• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Packaging, or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize complex materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and preparing POP displays, white samples, and mockups.
• Organize project materials, manage outbound shipments, and maintain documentation.
• Support execution of graphics and visuals under guidance of design leads.
• Learn and apply Smurfit Westrock brand standards and production workflows.
