Job summary

BoxLunch in Chicago Ridge is hiring a Sales Associate to help create an exceptional in-store experience for fans of pop culture and philanthropy. You will share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

You will provide amazing customer service, process sales, and collaborate with management to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover the sales floor and keep areas visually up to standard.
• Process sales at the register and drive add-on sales with options like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and maintain security.
• Maintain a tidy stock room and store overall cleanliness.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication to get the job done.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
