Qualifications

• Provide exceptional guest service at pool area.
• Assist with towels, water, and cabana setup.
• Coordinate with F&B and guest services for seamless experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool area is clean, organized, stocked.
• Greet guests and address inquiries.
• Set up and break down service cabanas.
• Monitor and clean pool decks, restrooms.
• Promote poolside amenities and services.
• Collaborate with departments to create WOW moments.
