Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated dealer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of table games such as Craps and Blackjack. This position requires interaction with guests, maintaining game integrity, and following gaming regulations.

The dealer will work outside in hot conditions and is expected to provide exceptional guest service while dealing games accurately. The role includes the opportunity to earn tips, and candidates must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in extreme heat conditions above 100 degrees.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Must be able to deal games productively and accurately.
• Must possess knowledge of at least one table game: Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, or Blackjack.

Responsibilities

• Deal assigned games accurately and productively.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of and execute the rules and procedures for each game.
• Ensure all laws, regulations, and policies are followed on assigned game.
