Golden Nugget Laughlin is seeking a Craps Dealer to deliver exciting gaming experiences for our guests on a high-energy casino floor. You will deal Craps, explain betting options, and help players understand rules with a focus on fairness and service.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, and the ability to stay poised in a fast-paced setting. Prior dealer experience is preferred, with certification from a gaming school considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Craps Dealer is required.
• Strong knowledge of Craps rules, strategies and betting options.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification from a recognized gaming school is a plus.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Craps games in accordance with casino policies and procedures while ensuring fair play and integrity of the game.
• Conduct Craps games in accordance with casino policies and procedures.
• Assist players with understanding game rules and betting options with exceptional customer service.
• Accurately calculate and distribute payouts to winning players; collect losing bets and maintain an accurate count of chips.
• Keep a vigilant eye on game security and report any suspicious activities.

• Manage challenging situations with grace and composure.
