Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending in high-volume bars or nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, garnishments.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required.
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
• Serve wine, bottled or draft beer.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or guests.
• Record orders, handle payments, and track receipts.
• Maintain product knowledge to guide guest experience and upsell.
• Perform side work and keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Meet minimum age requirements and verify ID where applicable.
