Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.

• Manual dexterity to handle garnishes, glassware and bottles.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Experience with cash register and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bar setup and stock beverages and garnishes.
• Greet guests and take drink orders; prepare and present drinks.
• Input orders into POS and balance cash transactions.
• Handle cash, ensure charges are accurate and vouchers balanced.
• Lock and secure equipment and deposit cash drops.
• Adhere to state and corporate alcohol service guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
