The position requires strong customer service, knowledge of cocktail recipes, and the ability to multitask while maintaining bar standards. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality.
• Strong mixology, cocktail recipes and beverage presentation knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math for cash handling and order processing.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Beverage Preparation: mix and serve a wide range of drinks per recipes and standards.
• Menu Knowledge: know ingredients, flavor profiles, and presentation; make recommendations.
• Customer Interaction: take orders, engage, and provide personalized experience.
• Presentation: ensure drinks are visually appealing with garnishes and glassware.
• Bar Setup and Maintenance: prepare bar, keep area clean and organized.
• Cash Handling: process payments, manage tabs, handle cash/credit transactions.
• Entertainment and Engagement: provide entertainment and lively atmosphere.
• Inventory Management: monitor beverage inventory and assist with counts.
• Compliance: adhere to laws on sale of alcohol and verify age.
• Collaboration: work with servers, kitchen, and management.
